Randy and the team at The Home Improvement Group have been exemplary. Going into this major renovation we naturally had concerns because you hear the horror stories. Our experience was fantastic. THIG did what they were responsible for on time and on budget. They guided us through what we were responsible for and made recommendations. Randy went over and above his responsibilities. He picked up supplies when I didn't buy enough. He gave us great advice through our decision making process. We had a fireplace removed and James made that space look like there was never a fireplace there. We could not have had a better experience thanks to Randy and The Home Improvement Group.

John has been my go to handy man since I moved into the house accross the street. The powder room circa 1978 was over due. When I decided to add a closet at the end, gave his opinion on our options. His work is excellent, his pricing is more than fair. He arrives when he says he is going to. I couldn't be happier with the powder room now - it is better than I imagined.

Chris Cochrane of Mr Rooter has assisted with my powder room renovation. He is on time and does what he says he is going to do. Chris is very conscience of making sure his work is perfect and cost effective for me. I highly recommend Chris and Mr Rooter.
