We moved into this older home last May and immediately new we needed to replace some windows. Being new to the area, a Google search found Gary at Clera Windows. He set up an appointment within a few days. Gary was very helpful in choosing new windows and was extremely knowledgeable about the products. We chose to replace 5 windows on the main floor. Due to COVID there was a delay in manufacturing but once they were ready, installation was fast and easy. The installers Rob and Scott were extremely professional and precise in there work. The final product looks great and the cold drafts are gone. This was phase one. We have decided to replace all of the second level windows as well.

After 10 years in our home it was finally time to finish the basement. I am doing all the work myself but after researching my options with insulating the basement foundation walls, I decided to have spray foam insulation installed. The cost is substantially higher than bat insulation but it is a far superior product and takes no time to install. After calling Insta-Insulation their sales rep Brandon came to look over the project and supply me with a written estimate. Of the three companies I contacted for estimates, Insta-Insulation was the only one to send someone to my house. Due to a scheduling issue I requested a weekend installation. Brandon made all of the arrangements and on the following Saturday morning the crew was here right on time at 8am as promised. They were very polite and professional. By 11am they were all cleaned up and gone. The job was clean and extremely accurate. The only inconvenience we had was that with the use of this product you need to be out of the house for 24 hours because of the smell as the product cures. By the next morning we were back in the house with no smell at all. Since then we have noticed an remarkable increase in the warmth and comfort of the entire house. It was well worth the investment.
