We needed a gasket replaced in our washer. I had already purchased the gasket, but discovered that replacing it would be a ridiculous amount of work. We hired Vivek at JK Appliance Repair for a fixed price of $180. He came during a massive downpour and did the work, but just as he was finishing, I noticed that our rec room was flooded with 2 inches of water. He tracked down where the water was coming in from outside, helped me block it, and helped move/save everything in my basement. Then he didn't want to accept any extra payment. Amazing guy! Amazing service.

Some cllothing got stuck In lint trap area. Fixing it required the dryer to be taken apart, cleaned and reassembled. He did this efficiency and successfully. And his charges were very reasonable.
