Rupert and the team at Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning Ltd did a fantastic job of the air ducts, dryer vent, AC coil and bathroom fans. They were on time, very courteous and polite the entire time. The communication was quick and they responded the same day that I requested information, we booked an appointment immediately. Pricing was fair and they did quality work. I would recommend to anyone looking to have their air ducts cleaned. Thx again!

Right from the beginning, the team from Hire a Maid were fantastic. They took me trough a detailed list of services they provided and quoted a reasonable price. We were moving into a new resale home and really wanted a quality cleaning package. They sent confirmation emails and showed up right on time for the appointment. Kallie & Diane were very personable and did a fantastic cleaning service throughout the house. They waited for me to review the work and finished with a wonderful parting remark. Absolutely horrendous aftermarket service! My wife and I just purchased a home that was built 3 years ago and has Raywal cabinets. We discovered one of the vanity doors in the second washroom has water / separation damage. I removed the door and went to my local Raywal retailer in Ajax, Ontario to order a new door, since this isn't available anywhere else. To my complete shock, I was told that we are not doing any small orders and only taking "large" kitchen projects!!! I was told maybe in the new year, we can take your order. I understand that everyone is busy in this "pandemic" era, however to be told that they are not even willing to place my order or deal with me as a customer, is completely unacceptable. I called the corporate office and was told exactly the same situation and that corporate leadership made the decision to not accept small orders and only take on large projects. Corporate management these days need to realize, that once things get back to somewhat of normalcy, the customers will remember the service received during theses times. I have a master ensuite, laundry room and basement renovations planned within the next 12 months, I can assure you, I will not be using Raywal Cabinets!

I highly recommend John and the team from Mr. Potlight. They showed up on time on the scheduled day and completed 19 spotlights, 2 dimmers and 3 pendant rough-ins in just over 3 hours. The house was left clean and organized. Whenever they ran into a situation, like a beam or something else in the ceiling, they would consult with me prior to moving forward. Will certainly use for future Potlight needs.
