Unable to meet schedule and increased rates after quoting
quote came in with a delivery window and rate per 100 lb. I am writing this the day after the delivery window has closed and still have not received the delivery or have an ETA. In addition, the final invoice came in with an increase in the rate per 100 lb with no explanation, discussion or agreement. After asking to honor the initial quote was told no, again with no discussion.
