Quick in home service with great advice. Even with all the children running around, the sales consultant remained calm and professional. The communication was great via phone and email. Also very understanding when our plans changed and could reschedule appointments easily.
When we decided to get vinyl siding for the entire house, we didn't know that one entire wall was badly damaged due to water leaking from a window that was installed years before we moved into the house. David Snell and his employees quickly rebuilt the wall before installing the rest of the vinyl siding. This was done at a reasonable rate (supplies and labour only) so that the job could be done right and without worry. Several years later, we noticed water leaking from one of the windows again and although it took some time for David Snell to get back to us, he did finally come to check it out and we are now waiting for someone to come to figure out/fix the window situation.
Thank you for your review Elizabeth and for all the work you gave our company. Upon getting involved in the project we jointly discovered a completely rotted out wall of the house which we agreed to do with NO markup whatsoever, in keeping with not wanting to profit from a situation obviously not pleasant for you. Further, the windows installed on this wall were not originally installed by our company and it was necessary to re and re those windows which were not the greatest quality unfortunately.
