Our family has worked with King on several occasions and he has always provided great service. He and his guys have worked non stop to meet deadlines, handled moves with pickup and drop off at different locations, and rushed to meet deadlines for elevators, all with a great sense of humour and a strong commitment to making sure we were happy with his work. A great guy, a great crew, and high quality work. I am happy to recommend King.

Based on my experience I would not use this company again. The service man took the stove apart and told me a part was needed which they would order and return to install, and charged me $250. I foolishly paid in advance and after he left the stove worked. Since I paid for work that was not needed and for two visits I requested a refund for the difference between the $80 service fee and the $250 I paid. They did not acknowledge my email, no response. Poor customer service in my opinion. Check BBB files on this company.
