Thank you to the whole team at Furnace King for installing our new furnace, AC and water heater. We have used Furnace King for years to do maintenance on our existing equipment and haven't had any complaints - one time when the water heater broke they went above and beyond to help us find the parts so we could avoid the expense of replacing it. Then this year when our furnace broke down, they were excellent in getting someone out quickly to look at it and they presented us with several options on how to approach things so we could choose what best suited our finances and needs. In the end we decided to replace it and also to upgrade our other equipment since they were near their end-of-life window as well. I always appreciate that Furnace King gives several options and points out ways to help you save money, plus they always have given us excellent service on all fronts (office, sales, technicians).

Work: We contracted Vince & Frank for was to completely gut and replace our old patio area (lots of concrete to dig up!), plus expand the space by about 2ft out and add a weeping tile & drainage pipe out into the yard to allow any water accumulation flow away from the house. Also replacing a small fence between the patio and driveway (not shown in picture below). Review: With Vince and Frank, you get real hands-on time with the experts as they do the quotes and are also there doing the work. The work crew was friendly, punctual and hard-working. I also really appreciated that almost daily they checked in with me to ask questions, just to ensure all the details were right. They were also willing/open to adjusting plans as we went along when we realized it would be better to approach things differently (which sometimes you don't realize until you see things in progress). They also helped me to understand where I could try and save some $, versus where it was worth the extra time/cost to do something more (e.g., upgrade to using Armour stone for the boarder really improved the final look). Overall really friendly guys, good quality work and good prices compared with the other quotes we got. And of course the real "proof" is the final product - which we love!!!

After vetting many companies and getting 3 quotes, we went with Tony to have a bedroom window and back-door replaced. We picked him mainly because he took the time to talk through our needs and options, he didn't try to "up-sell" us, but seemed honest about what the ideal would be (versus the cheapest option). He was easy-going, but professional and punctual. The other pro is that the person (Tony) doing the quote also does the work, he could identify right away potential complications with the backdoor and helped us be prepared for some tear-down of the porch area the would be needed (other guys who quoted didn't pick up on this). The day of the work went smoothly, Tony and his team were friendly, professional, efficient, and tidy. Will use Tony for future work we have planned and would recommend him to anyone.

We've used Dan Mac many times over the past two years as we've done several reno projects on our house. Their work on our most recent project did not disappoint. From the great customer service during the quote and booking process, to the professional, helpful plubmers who come do the work, Dan Mac get's a 10 from us. I can't say if they are the cheapest, but the price has always seemed reasonable and, to be honest, I don't care because the great service and quality of work makes the price more than worth it. Of the different trades and workers I've dealt with during our renos, I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly - but Dan Mac would be "the best". Keep up the great work!
