We replaced all of our windows in 2021 with Magic Windows and are SO pleased. I would absolutely recommend their service not just because the windows are great but their service team is also. I recently had an issue with a patio door that would not lock. They scheduled my appointment and replaced the locking system quickly and at no cost. Their tech was polite, efficient and speedy! We love our new windows! The build in solar shades are just one of my favourite features. The installation went smoothly and Zoran and Milan were very professional and efficient. Magic Windows kept us updated step by step as our windows were being fabricated and they were ready to install within our timeline. I had a small issue with the a couple of blinds which they were quick to remedy and we are very happy with the end result. Highly recommend these windows.
