Consulted with Helm, and he is very knowledgeable about the available equipment and our needs. Made arrangements for an install. Was notified, up front, about the reality of delays due to Pandemic related supply chain disruptions. Once the deposit was paid, we were frequently updated by the crew at Geco. Once the parts were available, the install happened as planned with no issues or delays. The installers were organized, professional and happy. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Then Geco follows up regularly to make sure that we are fully satisfied. I wish more businesses respected customers this way.
