I booked New Era Moving Services on short notice for a difficult move of my elderly mother from a retirement home to a long term care home. Their service during this trying time for our family was outstanding. They were right on time for the time slot that the retirement residence allotted for the elevator. They were patient with problems with the elevator. They were fast while also being efficient. Everything that could be taken to the long term care home arrived safely with no damage and the rest was taken to storage. The owner was responsive and compassionate. I would give more than five stars if I could.
