I would not use this company ever again. We had a problem with the broil function of our oven and a technician was sent out. He was very helpful and identified the problem as a defective igniter. He replaced the part at a cost of over $500. A quick test showed that the oven now had a broil function again. The next day, when we used the broiler for the first time, after about 10 minutes we noticed a lot of smoke coming from the back of the oven and could smell what smelt like burning wiring. We phoned the company to request the technician come back to have a look at the problem only to be told by "customer service" that this would incur a call-out fee plus charges to repair the new problem as this could not be the same issue. This company does not know the meaning of customer service and, even though the technician was very helpful and pleasant, their after-sales service does not support their work. The attitude and behaviour of their customer service rep was deplorable and at total odds with that of their technician, and unless they can get this corrected they will never see my business (or that of my friends, colleagues, acquaintances) again
