Very professional and thorough - great service. The cleaners were on time, pleasant to deal with and left the place looking and smelling great. Price was very reasonable and the overall experience was excellent. Follow up on the first cleaning was done as well, they did everything they said they would do.
This company is a sub-contractor for Sears Home Repair, they failed to show on 3 difference occasions, have yet to repair the problem, and over $400 later we have completely given up on them. They lack integrity, told us time and again not only would they show up but that the washing machine was fixed. Everytime they came back, another new part, and the same result - absolutely horrible experience, no resolution and they don't stand behind their work. Absolutely criminal to charge for part after part without ever fixing it. Stay as far away as possible from this company.
I cannot stress how horrific our experience was with Sears Home Repair. After three failed attempts and over $400 our washer still does not work. Not only do they not stand behind their work, they don't have the integrity to finish the job. We've asked 3 times to schedule follow up service, they have failed to show up each time. Absolutely worst experience I've had with any service company.
