June 2022 Update I am pleased to update this review in light of a speedy resolution to my initial concerns. Sheldon, Scott, Brad and Chris stepped up and handled my maintenance request within a reasonable time frame. I have therefore upgraded my initial rating to a 10-star Thanks I have never written a negative review up until this point. We are existing customers of Interlock who had a new roof installed on our home about 20 years ago. I currently have some basic repairs that I would like to address, and I have not been able to speak to a single person since I initially reached out to them on May 1st, 2022. My family has repeatedly tried to contact Interlock both by phone and email, and not once was the phone even answered. If existing customers receive this level of customer service, this is terrible business practice. I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere, many companies on the market offer a similar product. I would happily remove this post if Interlock stepped up to the plate and returned my calls. What good is a lifetime warranty if you cant even get them on the phone to speak about basic repairs and maintenance? Buyer beware!
