An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. The whole process of exchanging my old Lennox furnace for a new one was quite easy. They scheduled the installation the following week.. On the morning of that day the technicians phoned me to let me know they were held up in traffic and would be a little late. A simple but classy gesture, often overlooked It reflects on the kind of courteous and efficient service this company delivers The technicians protected my floors as they moved the old furnace out and brought in the new. They left the work area spotless. When, as they were leaving, I was not too happy with the location of the drainage tube for the humidifier even though I had assented to it, they brought back their tools and fixed it cheerfully. The furnace, though smaller than the one we had, is heating the house very quietly. I have already recommended Mr. Goh to friends who are considering a new furnace.
