Polaron did an exceptional job on my installation. From the engineering inspection in 2020 through to the final installation they were effective and helpful throughout and the ability to track the project's progress through their on-line customer portal made it easy to see the progress. The local installers and the engineer assigned to my project kept me up to date from start to finish. Polaron's customer portal continues to provide daily updates on production. Polaron continues with excellent customer service, responding to my queries within a reasonable time. I am now waiting for them to introduce their battery back up system.

Polaron provided excellent customer service from start to finish on this project. Of the 5 companies I asked for quotes they were the only company that provided a complete engineering inspection and report. They looked after the required communications with both Energy NS and NS Power. The installation was completed in August 2020 and although it was only 4 months I received a cheque from NS Power in January 2021 for excess power which went back to the gird. In 2021 the excess power will mean a refund of almost $800 from NS Power and even after my monthly payments to Polaron I will experience a savings of over $1000. With their excellent service I would recommend Polaron to anyone and everyone in NS considering going green, going solar.

Liam provided a quick fix at no cost for the two plugs in my kitchen and returned to replace the outdoor plug. He provided excellent service; was quick to respond to my request and made himself available on my time. He was on time when responding to phone calls/messages and arrived exactly when he promised. I would recommend him, and have already recommended him to several individuals.
