The plumber arrived very quickly and the work was done to a very good standard. We are happy with the work itself. When we needed another plumbing job to be done we felt that Sewer Squad had been too expensive, so we found another company. Two people (one highly experienced plumber and one highly experienced handyman) agreed that the work was good but were shocked to hear what we paid and both called it "gouging". The plumber told me the work in question should have cost no more than $500.00.

Des was friendly, personable, helpful & super-efficient. His assistant Colleen was great to work with too. Everything was done on time, even more quickly than estimated, and with minimum disruption. I was a little worried about inconveniencing my neighbours because we had to block the lane way for a while but Des had anticipated possible problems and had a solution ready. Everything worked out really well. I enjoyed meeting them and was more than satisfied. I already recommended Des to a friend and she was pleased too.

I found about the microFIT program at the Green Living Show. It sounded great but I didn't know which contractor to choose. S.A.L.T's proposal was thorough, clear and competitive, and I felt that they wanted to help me as much as possible with making it affordable. My house is a small bungalow and I was thrilled to find out that it could accommodate the largest possible system. I love the result. It's so exciting to look at the power my roof is generating without any emissions. The S.A.L.T. team was friendly and considerate in their interactions with me and with my neighbours. I hope to work with them again.

Javier, Chris and Kevin helped me move from my third-floor apartment. There were a few challenges: A couple of very heavy pieces and an awkward, narrow staircase from the third to the second floor. I had a lot of art, framed and unframed, that I had not prepared for the move because I ran out of time, and I had some antique furniture, not super-valuable, but important to me, that I was nervous about. I was also anxious and distracted because of the emotional circumstances around the move. I could not be happier with the service. They were calm, relaxed, and easy-going, but totally professional and efficient. They took charge of the art without me having to do anything. They took apart a table and re-assembled it at the new place. Everything arrived safe and sound. They did a superb job, and, unexpected bonus, were really nice people that I enjoyed working with.
