Since we bought our home, quite a few years ago, we hated the beige slanted vinyl siding. We loved everything else about the house, but the outside. That's until Manny came in. While discussing the replacement of our roof with Danny from <another roofing company>, I mentioned the siding and he offered to introduce Manny's company - Multi Service Aluminum. What a lucky day for us! Manny and Danny worked together, giving us a complete new street look. Manny helped us through the selection of the style and color of our siding as we (an accountant and a computer guy) had absolutely no idea what we wanted. We knew what we hated though :-). His suggestion turned out fantastic! Manny's crew removed a layer of vinyl siding and another one of shingles from our house. They removed and replaced all the plywood that over the years became water damaged. They even added insulation in the exposed spaces that were lacking it. They wrapped the entire house in Tyvek paper and added a new layer of IKO Board hard insulation, carefully taping all the seams. They installed a beautiful "board and batten" vertical siding, paying attention to every single detail of our home exterior. Every window was professionally boxed in brand new sheet aluminum. New fascia was added, the soffits were all replaced and new eaves troughs were custom made for our house. The white downspouts were installed (masterfully) in such a way to blend in with the white trim (on the dark blue of the siding) and they are almost invisible. Finally they installed leaf guards on the upper level eaves, which are difficult to keep clean. One accolade is due here: Puff - Manny's right hand man is a true artist! Give him a pair of scissors and a sheet of aluminum and he can make you anything! He’s not happy until his work is and looks perfect. HATS OFF, PUFF! "EFHARISTO!" The crew was always cheerful and working together like a well-oiled machine. Manny is a master at what he's doing. He knows his craft inside and out, but he also knows how to manage his team in the most efficient way. He called for me many times and explained different solutions that he was using, justifying the reasons behind them. Manny’s craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. He earned our trust and admiration and through his work he gave us a better house and made us love the new street look of our home. THANK YOU, MANNY! "GRACIAS A TI Y A TU EQUIPO!"

We approached Danny in 2020, for the roof which had to be replaced. He promptly came by, inspected the situation and acknowledged that the roof was in urgent need of replacement. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the materials became scarce and despite Danny's efforts, the job had to be postponed for the spring of 2021. Without us asking, Danny came by a couple of times during this time, to inspect the roof and to make sure that we don't have any leaks. The whole roof was done in just over one day - Wow! Although the crew worked hard, long hours, they remained cheerful and focused to the smallest of details. We ended up having to replace all the plywood sheets (they were 50 years old), but Danny and his crew removed and replaced everything with surgical precision. They showed me all the shortcomings of the old roof, installed proper flashing and "ice & water" membranes, explaining everything along the way. Danny replaced the existing "roof vents" with "ridge vents" - the most efficient and cost-effective roof ventilation system. In the valleys between the main roof and garage, they enforced the flashing and installed a custom system of gutters and downspouts, in order to control the flow of rain water. Multiple times during the removal of the old shingles as well as during the installation of the new ones, one member of the crew was picking up (with a giant magnet on rollers) every nail or screw that may have fallen around our house. A week has passed since the job was finished and we are still looking for a stray nail or screw left behind :-). Over all, we are 100% pleased with ROH! Danny's friendly and open personality earned our trust from day one. The professionalism of the entire crew, made us confident that by using them we've made a solid investment in our home.
