Back patio levelling- edges not secured all the way round. Loose stones at some edges, trippers. Other edges sinking after less than a year. Did not replace planters properly on the patio they levelled. One had a patio stone underneath so couldn’t plant anything without removing it myself. Other one didn’t put the stones back properly so there is dirt on the patio. Front sidewalk looked amazing for a few months until it started sinking and the polymer cracked. Keith installed damaged stones on the front step. Promised to return to replace the 4 defective stones and seal the front step. Waited months as he said he was too busy. Replaced one stone and then said it was impossible to remove the others. Promised to return to seal the front step and fix loose stones on patio May 28. Now October 16, still no show and in the meantime other stones are sinking. Found pieces of the 1 replaced stone hidden in a flower pot and a pail in my garage. I have since hired a more reputable landscaper to repair the shoddy workmanship as I have lost faith Bci can deliver a quality job.

Julian arrived promptly at my convenience. He quickly assessed my needs explaining what needed replacing and showing me why. He worked efficiently to replace my central vacuum and the outlets that needed replacing. I was totally satisfied with his service and manner.
