We had a custom estate home that underwent a renovation 5 years ago, but the builders didn't finish the baseboard. Couple unsuccessful attempts to get them back out to finish, as well as another Contractor that started but didn't finish. Included a small section of 6" baseboard with unique, bullnose corners. He also finished a couple small pieces of 2" baseboard with custom edging. John came in to take a look, offered a reasonable price quote, was able to source out the pieces from a custom millworker, and then came back and finished the work. High quality of work and reliable. These days it's hard to get both in Contractors, but John fits the bill.

Very happy with the service. Workers were professional and maintained a high quality of workmanship. We have a 6 month old that just had surgery, so they were extra cautious in containing dust and keeping the work site clean. Will be using them again for future projects.

Had a late night leak in the house. Toilet was plugged and clean-out had a hole in it which was leaking water in to the walls. Called Knight and they had a plumber come out right away. After hour service is expensive, but the tech was very professional. He tried to keep things quiet as my mother-in-law was sleeping in the room next door. Fixed the issue.
