Roman was responsive and was able to solve a few problems with the fridge. I called him to look into water that was accumulating under the light bulb. At the time of his visit, he also repaired a few other problems that he noticed. I had to call him back the next day to deal with the water issue and again he was very responsive and didn't ignore my request. Nelly
