Horrible company. The defroster thermostat needed to be replaced. It took him 5 mins to fix and 30 mins to defrost the freezer. While he was taking off the panal the tech shorted the ice maker connector. He told me that the repair would be $360.00 plus tax. I agreed needing my fridge to work again. He replaced the part, it started to work again. The tech wrote a receipt without breaking down the items, I asked him to do this the labour was $160 the part $200. This seemed excessive so I investigated what the part was worth with Sears as this was a Kenmore fridge. The part is worth $55!!. I called another Missisauga parts company and they charge the same. I called the company back to express how they could justify a 4x markup on parts. All the manager could tell me was "that's what we charge for parts" I asked to speak to the owner of the company he told me no "he's good enough" I don't mind as a consumer to pay a premium on parts when repairs are made. I don't expect, however a mark up of 4 times the parts worth. This is a blatant abuse of a customer.
