A large 470 lb. Napoleon BBQ was moved from South Mississauga to North Mississauga. The moving vehicle was a large closed trailer pulled by a pickup truck. They had no equipment (ropes etc.) to strap this BBQ to any anchors. They transported it at the back of the trailer and apparently put one of the front castors into an anchor track running down the middle. At delivery the castor was demolished into a pile of fragments. The driver took pictures of everything, admitted it was his fault and sent the pics to office. When he was describing what happened it was clear that he was asked if this was already damaged and he confirmed that it was his fault. I was told I would get a call. No call, no responses to my emails. I spoke to the lady who arranged everything and was told that the boss says this was an old barbecue (he had never seen it). I took a picture of this Napoleon top of the line BBQ that was in new condition and only 5 years old. This company is obviously run by dishonest people and should be avoided. I purchased the castor myself and installed it. The cost is not the issue, for $30 or so they could have settled this. The principal fact is that this company is dishonest and would likely do the same for much bigger damage.
