We used Open Concept Engineering & Construction Ltd. to remove a vertical support post in our basement. We wanted a more open concept feel and it was in the way of a future wet bar. We worked with Sami (professional engineer) to determine the necessary work required to remove the post. He was very professional and answered all of our questions prior starting the work. He also provided us with all of the necessary engineering documentation for the structural change. The job went very smoothly, it was completed on time and we are very pleased with the outcome.
