After giving the wildlife a pond/spa on the flat portion of my roof on my home for a few years, this past winter finally did things in and started leaking with the spring thaw. After a couple of weeks of searching and hearing other roofers say "we don't do flat roofs", I stumbled upon Luc here on Homestars. After his initial visit to take a look at my wildlife spa (my sagging flat roof), I was concerned that the roof was going to be a huge job, since all of it needed to be re-built to put a slope back to allow water to run off. Both Luc and Ben provided huge relief as they explained what was needed and done. It was actually pretty simple, take off the old in sheets, add new sloped rafters and cover it all up again. One day to pull off the old, one day to re-build, last day to add the new roofing material. I couldn't be happier! I'm watertight again, no animal conventions on my roof overnight since the spa is now gone, and best of all, the roof should last for the rest of the life of the house. Thank you so much!

Dominic was awesome, he understood exactly what i wanted and made suggestions on the best way to proceed. He was on time, if not a bit early, very polite, and left the site cleaner than i had it to begin with. All in all a great experience.
