Stay far, FAR away from this business. I would give 0 stars if I could. The sales service is absolutely horrific. I ordered a sofa back in February and was told it would come within two weeks. Three weeks later it was radio silence, so I got in touch. I was told there were delays due to covid and it would now be coming at the end of March. Meanwhile, I had sold our old sofa, so we were now without furniture. No worries - I understand that there are delays in supply chain at the moment and it's out of their hands. This was until I checked in again at the end of March and was told it would be until end of April. I just messaged to get a confirmation of delivery date and was told it will now be June. When I explained (for the fourth time) to customer service that we are without furniture due to their initial error in communication, I was rudely told that "a couple" does not mean two weeks. Further, despite being promised that I would be the first to receive the product when it came in due to the misinformation, he let me know that the first orders had just gone to folks who had been waiting since LAST SUMMER. The rep was extremely condescending while cancelling my order. No apologies, no effort to make it right. Don't touch this place.
