Steve in Toronto

I purchased this chair for 2 reasons. One. My brother bought it and loves it. 2. I have Osteoarthritis in my neck and this chair was supposed to help. I have asked Sklar several times to take the chair back and give me a credit or another chair. They say they have ordered parts and will repair it. I waited 4 months for the chair to arrive and paid up front in full. This chair is no where near the chair my brother has. We purchased a couch set from Sklar as well which they repaired the sofa, properly. But i am not satisfied with this chair and can no longer sit in it as it hurts my back and neck.
