I had hired Ray, owner of TOTAL SECURITY Co, again last month after he had installed a hi tech home security alarm system back in 2021. This time I hired him to remove that same system since I sold my home and the new owners did not want that system. I needed the system to be removed in June 30 but Ray had already made vacation plans with his family. However, upon learning that I had no other available dates except for June 30 for the removal, Ray actually postponed his trip JUST to do my job. I mean, is this the definition of going the extra mile or what ? Postponing family vacation plans to accommodate your clients needs ? That is going the extra light year in my opinion! I never asked Ray to postpone his vacation plans but he had kindly offered to do so to essentially save my closing. Rays and in turn TOTAL SECURITYs dedication and kindness towards all clients are unparalleled and unmatched. And his quality of work was superb as usual. Thank you Ray/TOTAL SECURITY for demonstrating exceptional client service that simply gets stronger as years go by!

Ray demonstrated why he has been excelling in his field since 1994 when I hired his company - TOTAL SECURITY- to install a surveillance system in my home. He was very consultative, thorough, and empathic with my security needs. He offered a range of affordable solutions after assessing my security needs, and that made it easier for me to select the best product package for my needs. He was very professional and prompt in his work, and even went the extra mile with procuring some miscellaneous accessories for the installation. Lastly, he was very client-centred, developed a rapport, and encouraged me to contact him anytime for any future troubleshooting or clarification requests.
