AT from Etobicoke

Drape Master recently cleaned blinds for me (which had been very dirty). I can't speak highly enough of this company, especially Cindy (on the phone) and Don and Will. They did an excellent job of cleaning the blinds and picked them up and delivered them back to me on a very tight schedule that I had. They were punctual and even went out of their way for me to deliver the blinds one morning earlier than they usually are out on the roads. I am very grateful to them for their help in getting the blinds so clean and also for helping to accommodate my "tight schedule". They are a company achieving "excellence".

We recently used Viktoria Professional Movers to help us move locally within Etobicoke. I was very impressed with everyone for their outstanding professionalism, courtesy, carefulness and respect for our property. Maria and Tibor are obviously perfectionists which we appreciate. They want to make sure that the customer is happy and that everything is done perfectly! Special thanks also to Cormac for his excellence and care and support at a very stressful time. We had minimal damage to our belongings. We have moved many times and we had the least (very little) damage with this move. Maria dealt with a damaged lamp shade promptly and totally. Everyone with this company does what they say they will on time and with great care and respect for the customer and their property. I will definitely use them again for our next move. The one thing that I did not add up properly was the cost of the move. I wish I had asked Maria to give me a more clear "total" for what the cost would be. It was more than I expected although it was probably a fair price. I take responsibility for not clarifying the cost more before the move. I highly recommend this company for their excellence and good care of both my nerves (I hate moving!) and our furniture. We have some expensive artwork and great care was taken of it and there was no damage at all.

I am very happy with the service I received from Drainworks recently. We had exterior old weeping tiles replaced with new ones and then needed to have an interior basement floor drain replaced. Everyone at Drainworks from initial phonecall to the last person to leave our house was just excellent. Their communication with me and between each other could not be improved on. They were extremely courteous, professional, neat, tidy, organized, efficient, on time and respectful of our property. They paid attention to every detail from start to finish. I wish every company that you need services from could be like this! Special thanks to Jeremy, the excavation team (for being so neat and clean!) and Frank and Lou for their great explanation of the job done.
