I used the service as my previous lock gave up on me. The technician came fast and he removed ( drilled) the old lock in no time ( did not pick it ). While you wait for him do yourself a favor and go and buy a replacement ( if you can), it will speed up the process, however, the technician has some for sales too but you have to pay for installation/labor. ( regular-simple up to smart locks). I purchased a smart lock from them. If you have ANY concern you can call and talk with them and I am sure you will find solutions.
