Such a pleasure working with Justin and his teams, especially through the pandemic. we started with the idea of finishing our basement cosmetically, but soon ended up with building a full walk out, bathroom and home gym. He convinced us that these would be long term useful to our growing family and we could not be happier. The design process took about 4-6 weeks ( a little slower than we are used too, but it was good to see and discuss different ideas) and it made the investment feel so much more worth it. We were advised that the build out would likely be slow, and we were kept aware through updates what progress would look like - some days were great and others slow...but we kept our eye on the finish line. Once all said and done, we could not be happier! My husband finally has a place to work out (his mancave lol) and it's great to have access to the pool from the basement... We hope to do our mainfloor when our budget recovers and would hire the Black Label team again!!!!
