I had problem with tap for my humidifier for some time. During last service technician advised to replace it with shut off type. I waited till season will end but tube started leaking and I had to call for help. I was pleased that I can text about my problem and sent picture of it. He gave me estimation and scheduled the appointment when it was convenient for me. Valentine came ontime. Replaced old tap for my humidifier from hot water pipe to cold one very fast and without any mess. I was very happy with result. Next time if I need help I will just text and I’m sure he can help me.
