rainy day, and technicians wput covers over shoes. explained what they were doing..the out come of the furniture and carpets was amazing.Took great care withall corners and inside of cushions. even cleaned throw pillows. Very courteous, and we will have them back to clean grout in our ktchen and washrooms. 100% satisfied!!!! were just a bit late arriving, but we received a phone call from technician to inform us of this short delay.
