I was referred to Permit Works by a contractor who advised that he could not consider my project until I had a permit. I was quoted a price by Permit Works and the period from when I signed the service agreement to when we received the permit was about two months. The process for preparing the drawings and submitting the application, then adjusting the application according to the City's feedback, was totally seamless. Kelvin was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend.
