Hired Hills Moving to help my clients move and booked 4 guys and 2 trucks. Regretfully, they arrived late, damaged some of my clients belongings. They also went missing for 1 hr and 15 minutes between drop off and pick up. They four men were also on their phones and vaping on the job. My clients and I were busy moving things to the truck when we noticed we haven't seen any of the 4 men in awhile. I went to the basement and found them laughing and one of them sitting on the ground on his phone. This was very frustrating and embarrassing. I tried to escalate this to management however nothing was done. I found that everyone I spoke to was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
