I found Jamie through homestars. I was surprised that I was unable to get a hold of them through homestars when I wanted a quote. I am glad that I read his profile which suggested that if you want to contact him, do so directly. I am very glad that I did. It was nice that I was able to get a quote on the same day that I called to inquire about the cost for switching my ceiling from popcorn to flat. The quote was reasonable for the work to be done and within my expectations for my budget for the popcorn removal. It was an amazing transformation to a flat ceiling and challenging due to the angles and that it was vaulted. I moved what I could out of the area and they had no issues in protecting the remaining belongings or moving them around. Jamie also offered to paint the ceiling after priming it and was upfront with the addtional cost for the paint if I chose to do so. I did and do not regret it. The original drywallers did not do the peak of the vault properly and you could see how the tape created some very visible bubbles. Jamie did extra work on that area to correct it and it looks beautiful. Overall, Jamie and his crew did a great job. They kept it as clean as possible while they were doing the work and having professional cleaners come in to help with clean up at the end of the job was a bonus. During the job, I also inquired about painting and he was very accommodating to adding that it in on late notice. I couldnt' believe him and his team would work on a Sunday to fit the painting in. Jamie and his crew did a great job.

I required some eavestrough to be replaced, it was just a small job but another quote I had just left me a little unsettled. The roofing company I will be using referred me to Boulevard, and booked an appointment with Vanessa. When she called me in regards to the quote, I mentioned items in a previous quote I recieved. She was honest in saying that those items were unnecessary and the quote she gave me was half the price of the other company. She also noticed that the wood frame around my garage door required painting and mentioned that I could have that done in aluminum cladding, especially with a West facing garage, I'm glad I did. They did a great job, and sooner than I thought it would be done too. I will definitely be calling Boulevard for my future renovations. Thanks Vanessa!
