We went with Best because the sales staff recommended a system that seemed suitable for our home, yet easy to use for ALL members of the family. We wanted to have a system that was easy for older members of the family. However, the install has been full of issues. After 5 months and 10 visits from their techs, we still have issues with the system. They seem to lack experienced techs, and as a result, errors made during the install have taken months to undo. The service manager has had many excuses, and very poor follow up. This company definitely does not have the service follow up I would expect from a reputable company. Buyer beware.
