The crepier was detailed and done quickly which was appreciated under the circumstances detail like crack and how big etc would have made it perfect

Thank you Shiraz. I am happy you enjoyed the service. When mentioning cracks in the foundation there are really two kinds. Typical minor cracks that I see on every poured concrete foundation and structural cracks. When it is structural cracks, meaning the structure is or has been moving, we always recommend a structural engineer assess it. Typical minor cracks, as noted in your report, are not a structural issue and, again, as mentioned in your report, should be repaired if water penetration occurs. there was no indication of water penetration at the time of inspection.
