Brad followed up with my request for service through Homestars and followed up quickly by following through with calling, texting back and quick to reply. He went the extra mile with clean up as well as provided some extra pruning of a few spruce trees in the back. He even jumped the fence to retrieve a few branches that went over to the neighbours yard. I am extremely happy with the service he and his team provided. We had about 5 trees and a bush that needed to be taken care of. Overall a 10/10.

We had been thinking of replacing our furnace for a few years and there was an offer through Canadian Tire to have a payment plan of 36 months. Since we had a lot of expenses this offer seemed like the best choice. Tamim, the representative is knowledgeable, he followed through on all of his promises, and fulfilled all of our needs! He even offered a thermostat that we could set by Wifi. We are very happy with our new furnace which has brought down our Enbridge Bill down quite a lot! The only problem we had was the actual installation. They came back and inspected it, and tried to resolve it. (We won't know about the outcome until about October though since it's spring right now.) Tamim also arranged for us to have an energy audit and we received cash back for about 1500/1600 (the cheques took a bit of time but they warned us it could take 2-3 months). They followed up in all areas to see if we were completed satisfied. And I can say in all honesty that they went over and above. Thanks again so much for all of your hard work! (By the way the amount is a guesstimate before taxes and rebate) my husband couldn't remember the actual cost, and I didn't either so it's a guesstimate.
