A true gem. Mike fixed our stand pipe/mast after a tree ripped our hydro line down during the ice storm. He also had an ESA inspector certify his work so when Hydro does finally get around to fixing our line it is as straight forward as possible. During a time when there are so many people being taken advantage of it is truly amazing to encounter such a hard working, honest, capable and compassionate man.

Tom was readily available and arrived exactly at our agreed time. He was highly skilled and was able to fix my broken lock and re-key another door all while interacting with my toddler and explaining his steps to me along the way. When I asked multiple questions about the broken lock he was hugely patient and thoroughly answered my questions until I was completely satisfied. We felt the cost of his service was full but fair and you obviously get what you pay for as we previously used another locksmith from this site who was slightly cheaper but we were hugely disappointed with him, so I would strongly recommend using Tom above anyone else.
