My tiles were in the worst shape, lot of grime and dirt build up and a layer of very old discoloured sealant. The crew at royal worked for three hours on the tiles. The finished product is unimaginable. I thought I was going to have to retile. I will have my tiles cleaned every year to avoid this dirt build up. Thank you Royal Jason Luxmore
