I love working with Dr. Green for my lawn care maintenance! Your service is exceptional! I think it's great that you contact me about new products or recommended treatment plans, but I don't ever feel like it's too many calls or that I'm pressured to accept. Our lawn looks pretty good in the summer (it would be much better if we followed your watering instructions, or even if we watered at all).

This is our first year with having Dr. Green as our lawn care specialists. We have been pleased with the service we've received. First and foremost, your prices are the best that we could find!! Secondly, it's important to know that we had just moved into this house and the previous owner's hadn't cancelled their service with their provider. After we enrolled with you, their provider came out and provided the first application. When I called you about it, you easily changed my package to provide another service in lieu of the one you no longer needed to do. All of my dealings with you have been smooth. Another time we received the email from you to let us know you would be out the next business day and you warned us that we wouldn't be able to cut our grass for 2 weeks. Our grass was already super long and needed to be cut that weekend (and of course we didn't have time to do it before you came), so when I called to reschedule, it was also an easy process. So your customer service is great!! As well, we are very happy with our lawn! If we only had time to care for it properly, it would look really good!
