We had a very cold basement and wanted to install in-floor heating to make the space comfortable for our family. I did a lot of research about floor heating for a large space and talked to a lot of different companies about how to do it (flooring companies, electricians, plumbers). When I met with FCI they brought in their installer as well as an electrician so that they could properly plan and assess the job. They carefully explained each step of the process and worked diligently to make sure everything was done right. This was especially important to ensure that the floor heating met the manufacturer warranty criteria. They also helped to fins and install a luxury vinyl plank flooring that looks great in the space and is safe for the floor heating. Just like any job, there were a few small bumps along the road but overall we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Would highly recommend FCI for anyone looking to do floor heating for a large space (very few companies in Calgary can do this!).

I had some horizontal cracking in the stucco along the side of my house that needed to be repaired. The space to do the repairs was very limited and repairs needed to be done in cold temperatures with heating/hording (extra cost) which made things more challenging. Dave and his team provided exceptional service and top quality work throughout the entire process. Dave addressed all of my concerns, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and did an outstanding job with the repairs. You can tell that Dave and the team are very knowledgeable and passionate about doing things right.

I scheduled a furnace and humidifier regular maintenance with Arpi’s and need a few extra things checked out. My technician, Habte, was incredibly thorough with the maintenance, taking the time to do everything right and even stopping to explain things along the way. I asked him to look into a couple of extra things, and he went above and beyond to address every single question/concern that I had. Not only am I confident that everything was fixed to the highest possible standard, but I also learned a ton of helpful info for managing my HVAC better. On top of all that, he’s an extremely pleasant and friendly guy too. I’d give him 11/10 if I could.
