For the second year my lawn has now been torn up by animals despite paying for elimination of grubs, etc. Obviously money wasted. Representative contacted was unsympathetic' abrupt and dismissive whilst trying to 'talk over' me. Very disappointing after a number of years of service, of which loyalty obviously has no standing with Dr. Green and this is my last year of socalled 'Very Best Service' and extra bug control programmes.
