We bought a 25’ lot and met with Sunset to start the design and permits process. We went through a couple of interactions in the design until we were happy with the whole design, especially the exterior and main floor layout. We have a 14’ ceiling in the main floor which makes a huge difference in how the space feels, since we are in such a narrow lot. We are glad to have built our custom home with Sunset, Pedro was really straightforward and open with the costs since day one.
