An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Frames and Pictures just framed 2 pieces of artwork for us for a movie set. It was a tricky, last-minute request, and we needed to turn the job around quickly. The job involved several pieces having to be cut, fitted to frames, and the matts taken away to be signed. Despite the last-minute nature of the job, Tim was calm and accommodating and he figured out how to frame our pieces so that they looked modern and beautiful! The designer was thrilled and the finished pieces looked even better than we'd imagined! (The price was also much less than I'd expected!)
