This is my second time using VCS. This time to redirect a downspout originally installed by another company. Both times Vitaly promptly returned my call, came when he said he was going to, and resolved my problem in a professional manner. After being completely frustrated by other contractors, I called Vitaliy. I'm sure he sensed my frustration when he first arrived, approximately 40 minutes after I first called him. He was very patient and went though my concerns, giving me his honest opinion of what needed to be done, and what didn't. His workmanship is excellent and he takes great pride in ensuring that everything he does, he does well. He is one of the most honest, thorough and punctual contractor that I have come across, and I've dealt with many. An added bonus, his prices are fair. I would highly recommend him.
