Booked through Lowes, Westpro advised working on a solution
SEPT UPDATE: It's now September and I am no farther ahead than I was before. My calls are never returned, my floor looks worse than ever, and I have had no contact from Lowe's whatsoever and no response from Westpro since my call with them last month when they told me how busy they are. If a few of those customers read this, they might not be so busy and then maybe they would have time to FIX MY DAMN FLOOR LIKE THEY PROMISED. AUGUST UPDATE: I have talked to Westpro who assures me they have a solution in place, just waiting to finalize it with Lowe's. I'll keep you posted. I ordered floating tile flooring through Lowes for about 450 square feet in my condo and paid for the installation services. Westpro was the flooring contractor but they subcontracted it to Raptor. The first round of installation left me with unsightly gaps between tiles, cut marks left in some areas, no silicone on the tiles abutting the shower in the main bathroom, a closet door which they re-installed which was falling off its hinges. Just a mess. After several rounds of complaints to Lowes, they finally came back and redid everything and fixed the problems. Within 2 weeks I began to see separations between the tiles and between tile edges and the baseboards. Every week I am seeing more gaps in the floor. I have complained and sent photographs of the problems to Lowes, who keep assuring me that Westpro will be calling me but so far (trying since April and it is now the end of June) I have heard nothing from the flooring people. I do NOT want their subcontractor back here - they have been here twice and have left me with problems both times. Not impressed, and ready to file a complaint with the BBB.
