I hired Better Contracting to do a new roof and skylight. The skylight leaked and had mold. I found out that I requested and paid Better Contracting for a Velox Skylight but was given a cheaper version that does not fit on the inside and has mold and leaks. I actually had the Velox Skylight Co in to evaluate my problem when Better Contracting would not resolve my issue. They immediately recognized that it was not a Velox skylight. What kind of a company would put in an inferior skylight when they charged you for a Velox. The most disturbing issue was that they kept saying that they were coming, that I was scheduled. But 3 years later nothing. I am reporting Better Contracting-Huge price for inferior work. and they advertice Homes on Homes which is misrepresentation Jo
