Kitchen and baths - big project
This was my 2nd big project with Amy and her amazing team at AyA. Everyone is a pleasure to work with, including the installers and the quality control manager. Amy had incredible ideas and inspiration. I refer Amy and AyA to my real estate clients all of the time.
Hardwood flooring installation
Hardwood flooring is a commodity. Everyone has the same product. What is critical is the advice, after sales service, and the installation. Everyone at Invision is fantastic. The result is far better than expected. At my house warming party, everyone raved about the hardwood floorings and the basement vinyl wood look floors. What's best of all, you deal directly with the owners, Roy and Dov.

Dov, Roy and the Invision team
I have had trouble sleeping over the past two years as I live on Bay Street. Cars, ambulances, motor cycles go all night long. I saw B Quiet windows at a house that I recently sold and was spellbound. Yes... they are very expensive. I no longer sleep with a white noise machine. They colour matched the existing frames. Jason introduced Beth to complete our antiquing of our front entry mirror. Beth is super duper triple fantastic. She created two different samples, so we knew upfront what we would be getting. She does exceptional faux-finishing work.
Painting work done at many of my clients
I met Jon and his team through our stager (I sell real estate). I have worked with Jon now on 20+ client projects, including my own condo. His pricing is highly competitive and workmanship is terrific. I have met many of his painting crews and they are just superb. If there is an issue, they come back and fix it. Encore Painting is the best.
